Last updated for the Forge RFP v1 product shell. This is a placeholder, not a complete commercial agreement. Counsel should replace it before public launch or any paid dealer contract.
The service
Forge RFP is a B2B dealer workspace from Nexus Beacon LLC, published at forgerfp.com (www.forgerfp.com). The current release provides a marketing site, account stubs, onboarding, and placeholder routes for quoting and catalog management. It does not include live scoping, AI bill-of-material generation, or an embeddable quote widget.
Estimates are not binding
Quotes and estimates produced in Forge RFP — including any future public quote widget on forgerfp.com — are planning figures for discussion. They are not binding offers, contracts, purchase orders, or invoices unless a dealer expressly confirms them in writing.
When a public quote widget is added, the same posture applies to every estimate a prospect sees: figures are for planning, may omit freight, tax, labor, permits, and site conditions, and do not create an obligation to sell or buy.
Accounts
Authentication in this build is a local session stub. It must be replaced with a production provider before any real dealer data is stored. You are responsible for activity under your email on this workspace.
Acceptable use
Use the service for legitimate dealer operations. Do not upload another company’s confidential price books without authorization, attempt to access other dealers’ workspaces, or present Forge RFP estimates as manufacturer MSRP or as a contract.
