Forge RFP · Nexus Beacon LLC

Scope quotes on the catalog you actually sell.

Forge RFP is the dealer quoting product from Nexus Beacon LLC. It is built for AV, IT, and security firms that need estimates to follow their pricing and product lines — not a generic catalog aggregator. Public site: www.forgerfp.com. This release is the marketing and onboarding foundation. Scoping engines are not live yet.

Positioning

Correct scope on the dealer’s catalog — not a borrowed list.

Own pricing
Cost and sell stay with the dealer. We will not substitute a public or shared price book as the source of truth.
Own catalog
Lines you are authorized to sell — DMP, Genetec, Axis, Hanwha, HID, Aperio, and others you add — drive what can be quoted.
Dealer-controlled scope
Later releases will apply accessory and BOM logic to your packages. This build only prepares the workspace.

Verticals

Access, video, and intrusion first.

Onboarding records which work you quote so later intake forms can stay specific. Additional AV/IT lines can be absorbed without a new product.

Access control

Readers, credentials, panels, locks, and door hardware.

Video surveillance

Cameras, VMS, storage, and related infrastructure.

Intrusion

Panels, sensors, communicators, and monitoring hardware.

How it works

A workspace first, engines second.

  1. 01

    Create a dealer account

Sign up with a work email. The current auth path is a local stub so the rest of the shell can be tested.

  2. 02

    Complete onboarding

Company, vertical focus, product lines of interest, and pricing-data readiness. Progress is saved on the session.

  3. 03

    Use the dealer home

Quotes and catalog routes are reserved for the scope engine and the public quote widget. They are linked, not built.

Later — not in this build

Two differentiators stay on the roadmap.

Own-pricing plus AI scope / accessory BOM
A scoping engine that proposes kits and accessories from the dealer’s catalog and rules. Not implemented. No live model calls and no dealer price data ship in v1.
Embeddable public quote widget
A small-package widget dealers can place on their own sites. Estimates from that widget will carry the same not-binding posture documented in Terms and the site footer.
